Responsibilities</p>
<p>In this role you will be responsible for monthly Corporate Treasury management reporting including but not limited to Foreign Exchange, Finance and Risk Management as well as Corporate Treasury project management. Additional responsibilities include foreign exchange trading and Corporate Treasury accounting. </p>
<p>•	Develop and publish monthly and quarterly management reports on foreign exchange, interest rate and other corporate risks for senior management.<br />
•	Lead project initiatives for Corporate Treasury including but not limited to system interfaces between Treasury platforms and JDE and Hyperion<br />
•	Responsible for Corporate Treasury planning in Hyperion.<br />
•	Foreign exchange trading including compliance with SOX 404 and FASB 133<br />
•	Assist in the areas of accounting, risk management and cash management as required.<br />
•	Assist in monitoring all foreign currency exposures and hedging contracts covering transactional, translational, and inter-company exposures when necessary.<br />
•	Assist in ensuring FASB 133 compliance through proper documentation, the assessment of effectiveness, and measurement of ineffectiveness when necessary.<br />
•	Assist in managing accounting for all foreign exchange hedges and the related exposures in compliance with FASB 133 when necessary.</p>
<p>Recommended Qualifications<br />
•	Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred<br />

<p>Position Summary:<br />
Primarily responsible for the preparation of client’s and its holding companies’ financial statements; also responsible for maintaining financial reporting and disclosure controls to ensure accurate financial statements; also responsible for oversight of certain general accounting areas including the general and administrative budget and review process and fixed asset accounting and control.</p>
<p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br />
1. Prepare and coordinate various entities’ financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis. The annual financial statements are inclusive of full footnote disclosures.<br />
2. Coordinate with the Company’s external auditors for the annual audit of itself and its holdings.<br />
3. Assist in the coordination, implementation and maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley.<br />
4. Responsible for the following items relative to debt compliance:<br />

<p>Summary of Position<br />
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the US Controller will be responsible for leading the month end reporting process for the US division. This position directs all phases of US financial reporting and analysis and is also a key stakeholder in US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.</p>
<p>Objectives<br />
• Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process for all US accounting and reporting, daily cash management and financial analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.<br />
• Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP and SOX as it relates to US operations<br />
• Work closely with corporate finance in the analysis of US financial results.<br />
• Key stakeholder in new policy and procedure roll-outs.<br />
• Working with the Global Accounting Officer and other geography controllers, reengineer the company’s financial reporting and accounting process to enhance data quality, shorten the closing process and improve the efficiency of accounting operations.<br />
• Review and complete schedules for independent auditors including general audit support for US Operations.</p>
<p>Recommended Qualifications<br />
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related degree required.<br />
• Minimum of 8 years experience leading the financial reporting process for a large company.<br />
• CPA strongly preferred.<br />
• International and consolidations experience preferred.<br />
• Strong supervisory experience required, including the ability to gain consensus and motivate employees.<br />
• ERP experience preferred, strong excel skills required.<br />
• Excellent communication skills required.<br />
• Experience in a service based industry preferred.</p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">Supervise labor and labor calls along with Show Supervisor/ Lead person. Maintain schedule and update as needed. Trouble shoot and solve any issues that come up.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">•Value Engineering – Take innovative designs and turn them into reality. Collaborative outside the box thinking is required. Use innovative materials and construction methods to create new and innovative design.   Consider packaging while engineering to reduce shipping costs.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">•Bar Code Libraries – Create, and maintain various Bar Code libraries. Provide continuous support (add/changes/deletes) for barcode program. Update drawings when revisions are made.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt">•Project Coordination – Ensures coordination and continuity within the department. Create standards for drawings and execution of duties that provide a constant “product” for our “clients”, that is consistent project to project.</p>
