In this role you will be responsible for monthly Corporate Treasury management reporting including but not limited to Foreign Exchange, Finance and Risk Management as well as Corporate Treasury project management. Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for the preparation of client’s and its holding companies’ financial statements; also responsible for maintaining financial reporting and disclosure controls to ensure accurate financial statements; also responsible for oversight of certain general accounting areas including the general and administrative budget and review process and fixed asset accounting and control.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and coordinate various entities’ financial statements on a quarterly and annual basis. The annual financial statements are inclusive of full footnote disclosures.
2. Coordinate with the Company’s external auditors for the annual audit of itself and its holdings.
3. Assist in the coordination, implementation and maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley.
4. Responsible for the following items relative to debt compliance:
• Preparation and analysis of the actual quarterly covenant calculations to be provided to the bank.
• Monitoring compliance to bank agreements (i.e. asset dispositions, lease limitations, furnishing reports, etc.)
• Preparation of the annual cash flow calculation metrics to ensure compliance.
• Preparation of quarterly covenant projections and pro forma calculations as necessary.
5. Summarize/implement new authoritative literature including FASB Statements, EITFs, FSPs, FINs, SEC Rules and Regulations, etc.
6. Research complex accounting matters and prepare an Issues Memorandum to document conclusions and the supporting authoritative literature.
7. Provide oversight to the general and administrative budgetary process. Ensure reporting is timely and spending controls are appropriately enforced. Coordinate annual plan and forecasting efforts.
8. Provide oversight to the fixed asset accounting and reporting function. Ensure assets are capitalized in accordance with corporate policies and appropriate authoritative literature.
9. Provide oversight to the lease accounting and reporting function. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and appropriate authoritative literature.
10. Various other projects as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and six years of accounting experience, or equivalent. CPA required. Individual must maintain strong technical accounting skills. Highly motivated individual with excellent skills in financial reporting, general accounting principles, internal control procedures, communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, initiative, and leadership. Summary of Position
Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the US Controller will be responsible for leading the month end reporting process for the US division. This position directs all phases of US financial reporting and analysis and is also a key stakeholder in US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process for all US accounting and reporting, daily cash management and financial analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP and SOX as it relates to US operations
• Work closely with corporate finance in the analysis of US financial results.
• Key stakeholder in new policy and procedure roll-outs.
• Working with the Global Accounting Officer and other geography controllers, reengineer the company’s financial reporting and accounting process to enhance data quality, shorten the closing process and improve the efficiency of accounting operations.
• Review and complete schedules for independent auditors including general audit support for US Operations.

Recommended Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related degree required.

The Essbase Administrator is responsible for maintaining and tuning the Hyperion Essbase environment resulting in a stable, optimized financial planning and reporting solution for our business.

Position Summary

The database analyst / programmer would be responsible for writing, developing, and updating data models, including physical and logical models of the data warehouse.  This person will create ETL logic to ensure proper loading of data into the data warehouse.  He/she will analyze the current system, map the system to the data ware house schemas and incorporate future data sources into schemas.  In addition this person would be responsible for detailed technical designs, identifying technological risks, participate in the implementation phase, design walk through, and recommend technology solutions for the data warehousing projects.

Principal Activities:

•Engineering of New Properties – Assists with the planning of a project, including drawings for construction of new properties, estimating, and set up. Working with the Warehouse to assist in property coordination. Compiling bar-coded property lists, planning the order for on site utilities/ networking, coordination of structure set up, post show evaluation.

•ACAD Drawing- Create and update floor plans. Create drawings for show approval, utility layout. Construction drawings for in house use (Warehouse, Wood shop, Graphics), and outside vendors. Design and engineer hanging sign structures.

Set up drawings for on site coordination. Draw and maintain current properties for Bar Coding including assigning numbers for new items.

•On site Coordination – Plan and layout utilities with efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Supervise labor and labor calls along with Show Supervisor/ Lead person. Maintain schedule and update as needed. Trouble shoot and solve any issues that come up.

•Value Engineering – Take innovative designs and turn them into reality. Collaborative outside the box thinking is required. Use innovative materials and construction methods to create new and innovative design.   Consider packaging while engineering to reduce shipping costs.

•Bar Code Libraries – Create, and maintain various Bar Code libraries. Provide continuous support (add/changes/deletes) for barcode program. Update drawings when revisions are made.

•Project Coordination – Ensures coordination and continuity within the department. Create standards for drawings and execution of duties that provide a constant “product” for our “clients”, that is consistent project to project.
