Karen Benjamin
Worldleaders co-founder Karen Benjamin leverages 15 years of results-driven executive leadership, management, sales and recruiting experience in creating a specialized executive search organization that focuses on hiring top leadership talent for executive clients.
Prior to launching Worldleaders, Karen was a Vice President at an international consulting firm. She specialized in professional staffing/recruiting, services sales and P&L management. An accomplished sales expert, she grew her territory by 700% in 9 years.
Karen serves on several boards and committees in her local community including St. John’s Meadows, The Wilmot Cancer Center Underwriting Committee, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation, the Association for Women in Computing, the Women’s Presidents Organization, the Women’s Executive Network and the High Technology Business Council. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and has been a volunteer for Junior Achievement and Compeer. She was recognized as an up and coming executive in her community during 2003; was named IT Woman of the Year by the Association for Women in Computing in 2004; and an RIT Distinguished Alumna in 2008. Karen holds a B.S. in Professional and Technical Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.
