Our Process Drives Performance
We commit to complete every search within 60 days. Our process drives timelines that maximize success and enables the identification of the next leader hired to your team through a clear, concise approach which we partner with you every step of the way.
The following summarizes our approach:Day 1
- We will meet with the client team to:
- Understand the complete job description and requirements of the position
- Assess current organizational strategy and future goals
- Evaluate organizational structure and obstacles associated with position
- Identify actions required and results expected from a successful candidate
- Understand entire compensation plan
- Review employment agreements required for the position
- Define weekly reporting/updating expectations
- Define interviewing process including: Decision team, evaluation criteria and offer process
- Execute Search Agreement
By Day 3
- We will develop a comprehensive search plan that identifies the following:
- Internal search team
- Candidate motivators
- Geographic focus
- Source companies
- Source titles and responsibilities
- Posting/Advertising Plan
- List acquisition
By Day 15
- Within 15 days, we will:
- Provide overview of search progress and obstacles to date.
- Adjust approach as needed
- Identify at least 2 prospective candidates for presentation
- Spoken with at least 25 prospects
By Day 35
Within 35 days, we will:
- Make contact with all of the targeted source companies
- Present at least 2 hirable candidates with a short list of alternate candidates
- Evaluate adjusted approach
- Identify new targeted source companies, if needed
- Develop national collaboration with over 100 partners, if needed
By Day 60
- Within 60 days, we will:
- Successfully find and hire your next leader.
- Schedule a meeting for follow-up and project evaluation.
Weekly Status
- On a weekly basis, you will receive a project status report from your account manager detailing:
- Number of initial contacts made during the week
- Number of conversations
- Number of viable resumes received
- Number of interviews by Worldleaders
- Number of candidates disqualified by Worldleaders
- Number of candidates disqualified by you
- List of qualified candidates in the interview process
- Number of qualified candidates who are not interested in the opportunity
- Reasons for disqualification/no interest
- Overall project status vs. plan
- Key accomplishments of the search
- Obstacles encountered/corrective action recommended
- Planned activities for next week
- Your commitments to us:
- Provide timely review and feedback (within 2 business days) of presented candidates.
- Provide timely scheduling of interviews for selected candidates.
- Provide timely communication of interview results (within 2 business days).
- Communication to us of any change in the status of the position or company that would affect our search.
