Portfolio Analytics – Client Development

What are the responsibilities?
Candidates will be required to provide the Portfolio Analytics clients and prospects with product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support. In this role, the Associate will:
- Build relationships with each client, and internally partner with key personnel across the entire organization.
- Liaise with the financial and technology teams to understand data calculation methodologies and new product functionality.
- Generate product application ideas for clients/prospects to help drive revenue growth.
- Deliver client feedback to product development for product enhancements.
What experience is required?

- Excellent analytical capabilities, including direct experience with portfolio analytics.
- Strong ability to communicate with clients in a clear manner and strong presentation skills
- Established relationship building and time management skills
- Ability to develop comprehensive recommendations in efforts to improve the business
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- At least 2 years of direct experience working within the market data industry in a client development or end user function.
- Strong quantitative and finance background.
