Robert Park brings over fifteen years of experience to the Company. A consummate professional trained in leadership development and business strategy, his proven expertise in managing human capital, understanding corporate structure, and identifying critical business issues enable him to help clients close the gap between management competencies, compensation, and corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Worldleaders, Robert co-founded and managed a boutique search firm and worked with some of the most well known investment banks and private equity firms in New York City, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Prior to establishing the boutique firm, Robert held leadership positions and actively recruited financial professionals for the world’s largest recruiting firm. Robert started his career as a proud member of the United States Army, serving four years as an Infantry Officer.

After completing his service in the military, he worked at Andersen focusing mainly on M&A advisory work and later in a similar capacity with a boutique investment bank in New York City where he also sat on the board of directors for an OTC publicly traded company. Robert received his undergraduate degree in Economics from SUNY Oswego and his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law.
