Successful and growing employee benefits advisor needs a new Sales Executive to help drive further growth.
The product are employee benefits management and an open-architecture service delivery platform. This platform / web site enabling benefits management, enrollment, participant communication and much more. Target clients are mid-market employers.
This job features competitive products, backed by excellent technical support and marketing departments. It also has a generous, residual-driven compensation plan. In addition to a commission of 15% of revenue in year one, you will receive 7% of renewable revenue for years two and beyond.

Requirements:
· BS in Marketing, Business, HR, or related degree
· 3 - 5 years of relevant business experience
· Experience with Web-based applications or similar technology
· Knowledge of employee benefit programs
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
· Excellent communication skills
