Sam Arena, a partner with Worldleaders, joined the company in 2006. Sam leverages over 10 years of experience in various roles including recruiting and business development for an international systems integration and outsourcing company, CIBER. He was a member of their President’s Club for 9 years during his time with the company. President’s Club recognized the top performing individuals globally for the Organization. On three occasions, Sam was awarded the Pinnacle Award, which represented the #1 performing Sales Executive or Recruiter annually. In addition he played a key role developing and growing one of its regional operations by 700% in 9 years.Sam is a graduate of St. John Fisher College where he obtained a BA in History and Business Administration. Sam and his wife Sandy have three children, Alexis, Caleb and Annaliese.
